Tyranid Prime conversion WIP

So I recently just got back into modeling/ playing Warhammer 40k and started a tyranid army.  After picking up a battle force, a few elites, and some heavy hitters I had the starts to a small army.  I wanted to make my army kind of unique and personalized so it doesn't look like every other tyranid army out there so I decided to start modeling and converting my pieces so they were a little different.  My first attempt at that was messing with a zoanthrope (I didn't take pics of my WIP but I will on the next one) and just tweaking it a bit so it stood better and the pieces fit together better...well after that I was kind of addicted to altering my army.  The next model I am converting is a Tyranid prime from various parts of other models.  I wanted the Prime to stay consistent with the other Tyranid Warriors but stand out enough that anyone could see that he was the boss man (at least until I model my hive tyrant :).  So here is the start of my Tyranid Prime WIP...
